I got it for a Mother’s Day present and I’ve had a cheap basic belt before from Amazon, but this belt feels amazing and gives a great brace for squatting or deadlifting. Very sturdy and I feel like my confidence increased knowing I have high quality equipment to help me out. Held up great at my Strongman competition. Knee sleeves were amazing. Had the right support I needed but just flexible enough to move around. Belt braced beautifully in the deadlift and yoke walk. Straps held up very well on the deadlift. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
