As strength increased and I started pushing into bigger weights I knew I needed this for injury prevention. Nothing will kill your gains more than getting a back or knee injury. Must have for any serious gym goers! Kit includes everything you need and shipping was great. I continue to lose weight at a rapid pace and once I get a better idea of my waist size moving forward I’ll definitely spring for one the more higher grade belts. But this kit is a great starting spot.

Trying it for the first time, I can feel as if I can lift more. The knee sleeves feel great especially when it's a tight fit. I can get a deeper stretch in squats. The wrist wraps make shoulder presses feel better and the straps do a great job at holding on to heavy loads.
