These were recommended by Corey Perkins (@PerkFitt) to use on lateral raises to take your grip out of the equation - and I'm telling you it works. This helps to isolate your side delts and takes all of the stress off your wrist. I also use these for single arm tricep push downs by resting the side of palm in the strap to help take the grip strength out as a limiting factor vs. using a flexible d-handle or just grabbing the ball on the end of the cable. The only thing I would change is if they were made a little smaller as I have small wrists and they will sometimes slide up my forearm.
