First of all i have to say in 87 i had all my fingers severed across the first digits on my submarine and reattached. But ive never had the grip strength since then and limited in weights by my grip. I have not used a wrist strap or other design. Ive enjoyed these bc 100% of pressure is taken off my fingers and put on my wrists if i need to immediatly xfer that 100%. So I am happy bc im able to use heavier weight on my shruggs.
