The wrist straps felt really nice on the wrist and helped with my wrist pain on all pushing movements. The elbow sleeves felt really great on all my push movements like bench press and shoulder press and has helped me do more weight. The knee sleeves felt amazing on squats it make the movement feel very smooth the whole time and no stress on the kness just pure isolation on the quads and any leg pressing movement I’ve done

I tried other brands that did not stop the pain. The pain persisted for more than a year. Who wants to take a bunch of aspirin or other junk?
These were a Christmas present, to work out with while I am at the gym. My folks were not sure what to get, or the right size. So I picked these. I regret not asking for them for my birthday last July.

The knee sleeve are perfect the right side they work greater on my training. On the other side the elbow sleeves may be a little too small. already buy the larger size the 2XL. The wrist bands work perfectly help me with not allowing me to bent it, and give some sopport.
