My husband loves this belt. I've bought him several as gifts, this is is his favorite... but now I'm here looking for a solution because the metal pin has somehow become loose in the lever. He came in asking if I know anyone who can remake the pin so we can avoid buying another belt. 🤦🏼♀️

This is the weak point of the system that breaks and is expensive to replace.

The clasp on my lever belt shattered randomly. After emailing, they issued a credit and I have another attachment on the way. No arguments, no hassle, they stood behind the product and the warranty. This is how all companies should be.

Unfortunately lever broke but love Gymreaper products, have had my belt over 5 years now and broke the lever through normal use. Talked to Dayson via customer support and he was able to hook it up with the lifetime warranty. Great brand and good people!
