The 7mm knee sleeves are great, but will start ripping long term. For the price they are probably the best you will get, but just keep in mind after a year or so the seems will start tearing.

I like these sleeves alot , very comfortable to wear but they started to rip at about 8 months in.

These are great knee sleeves. I’m a female with decent muscular legs so I went with the medium and they are tight which they should be because I’m gonna stretch out a little bit. Excellent quality and they look nice on also. They perform very well.
