This chalk has lasted me a year and I'm now coming back to put in a second order and saw that there's only SIX reviews?! Sometimes when I was feeling generous I'd put chalk into our gyms bucket. I can only put a little bit on my hand and rub them together to hit a set of 405x4 on deadlift deficits. This chalk will be the reason I hit 5 plates before I graduate!!

Always having chalk available is a great investment. My gym will at times run out. So far I've used it for a 425 dead lift without straps. Just chalk.
