I absolutely love this sweater. It’s my favorite. I take good care of it and have followed the care instructions. I purchased in February and the zipper has broken and I can’t zip it anymore. Such a disappointment, I thought it would last longer. Trying to find someone who does zipper repair has been a challenge.

Mine came ripped in the arm at the seam, and I just haven’t had a chance to do a return. I would buy it again, but I think that they should send me a new one

I am absolutely in love with this hoodie. It fits great, feels amazing, cuts off just at the right length. My only gripe with it is the lack of pockets. I did end up cutting a slit in the bottom cuff to store my chapstick.
