I’m a large for most clothing (5’10”, 180lbs) but the large on this fits pretty tightly, especially around the arms, to the point where I am constantly pulling the sleeves down. Unless you want a tighter fit, I would recommend moving a size up from your standard size for other clothes.
The shirt material is comfy .
