I'm 5'10" and 175, went with a large and I like how I they have some room for movement and I always happen to be between sizes. Overall, the style, fit, comfort, and quality are great. Unfortunately they happen to sew their draw strings on their sweatpants and make it impossible to adjust the lengths of the strings. One of mine is about 4.5" shorter than the other one and makes tying them somewhat difficult. They are still useable just a mild annoyance.
I wore them to the gym once so far and love how thick the material is and the quality of the fabric, also like having both the pockets with zippers to keep my stuff where I want it. Do wish their was a back one but not an issue.
