This belt is very sturdy and well made. The latch works great and really makes a difference in my form with the proper bracing. The color and stitching are exactly as pictured and look really nice. I am 6’0 and weigh 240lbs and measured between L and XL and I chose the L because I’m planing to lose weight. It fits properly at the largest setting, so the sizing chart is very true to size

I wasn’t sure how much this belt would help my form, but it makes such a big difference! I would consider myself intermediate in weight lifting, but now I’m able to go lower with my squats and can actually feel RDLs correctly. It’s very high quality and I’m excited to use it in future workouts! Im 5’7 and 170lbs. Following measurements I was right between XS and S and decided to go with the Small - I think it was the right decision as it fits well
